TERMS: A Buyer’s Premium in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the winning bid will be due to ASSOCIATED from the winning Bidder. The Buyer’s Premium is in addition to the winning bid and, when added to the winning bid, this figure represents the Final Purchase Price to be paid by the Buyer. 50% of the Buyer’s Premium shall be due upon acceptance of the winning bid/Sales Contract and the balance due within Three (3) Days of acceptance of the winning bid/Sales Contract.
The winning Bidder must use (without modification), sign, and submit the ASSOCIATED Sales Contract and other documents evidencing and relating to the sale at the time of sale. Bidder must submit to ASSOCIATED an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) to be held in escrow until Settlement at Settlement Company of Bidder’s choosing (in accordance with Paragraph 9 below). Certified funds required.
