Terms of sale

Np removal of hardscape and attached improvements until auction concludes. Many of the items being sold are incorporated into or installed in the property. Buyers and spectators shall assume the risk of injures or damages. All sales subject to applicable Maryland State sales tax (6%).

Payment for all items must be made in full day of the sale with cash, cashier’s check, travelers checks, money orders, Master Card & Visa.  Personal or company checks accepted with bank letter of guarantee.
